We accept returns for unopened and sealed products. If the seal is broken or the product is opened, we will not be able to process the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
You have 03 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com promptly to initiate the return process.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund for the product’s cost (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to your original method of payment within 07 Business days.
Opened or unsealed products, as well as perishable goods, cannot be returned. Additionally, delivery charges are non-refundable.
