We accept returns for unopened and sealed products. If the seal is broken or the product is opened, we will not be able to process the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

You have 03 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team at info@aulatin.com promptly to initiate the return process.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@aulatin.com. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund for the product’s cost (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to your original method of payment within 07 Business days.

6. Exclusions:

Opened or unsealed products, as well as perishable goods, cannot be returned. Additionally, delivery charges are non-refundable.
